I. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:
- The product is unused and in its original condition, with intact labels and tags attached to the product, accompanied by the original purchase invoice or other evidence proving the purchase at the store system or online sales channels.
- Product is NOT damaged, washed, stained, has strange odor or has been modified (hemmed).
- Box (if any) is intact, not dented.
- Packaging accessories accompanying the product and gifts (if any) must be complete and show no signs of use.
- Only applies to full-priced products, not applicable to discounted or promotional items.
- Underwear and socks cannot be exchanged for health reasons.
- Each product can only be exchanged once and returns are not supported.
